CMIA-GIZ holds seminar on start-ups and entrepreneurship idea
The Chamber of Marathwada Industries and Agriculture (CMIA) under the banner of its incubation centre recently conducted a seminar on start-ups and entrepreneurship ideas in collaboration with Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).
Students, entrepreneurs and industry players were the key participants at the workshop. The main aim of the workshop was to promote the new startups in the region.
The collaboration between GIZ and further aims to create a world-class startup, the association has already come up with the Startup accelerator and incubation services under the banner of “Marathwada Accelerator for growth and Incubation Center (MAGIC)”.
CMIA in a press statement informed that MAGIC is created to support the new entrepreneurs for achieving better growth and inculcate entrepreneurship zeal among young graduates.
With the planned initiatives, experts view that this would help to create new employment opportunities for fresh graduates.
Also, CMIA in association with GIZ and Desicolab, Pune organized a workshop on the topic of “Startup Ideas generation through Design Thinking and Innovation methods for aspiring entrepreneurs”.
